gtop's docs, in the cvs version of 1.0.13 that I just built, are
unfinished. There are a number of "FIXME"'s and other text indicating that
more work on the doc is required.

Is this still a bug for the upcomming 1.4.1 release? Or can this be
closed?

I'm pretty sure this remains unchanged since I filed it. Is "head" the
right place to look? If so, then the docs haven't been fixed.
