There is a bug already filed on the Redhat Bugzilla - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=441202. Newer builds have been tried, but appear to have failed in the building system. I've requested further details on the progress of these new builds.

Ekiga 2.0.12 has been fixed in Fedora 9 after the Opal and Ekiga packages were rebuilt.

OK, and in 3.00 the system is different => OBSOLETE.
