Description Peter Stibrany 2008-03-24 17:44:14 UTC
I am using GnuCash 2.2.4 on Windows XP.

Before 2.2.4, I used to select accounts in "Account Tree" using keyboards. For example, when my Account is named "Restaurants", I started to type "r", "e", "s", and account would be selected. This behaviour is broken in 2.2.4 :-( Now, when I start typing "r", closest account starting with "r" is selected (this is ok), but when I continue typing "e", it is ignored. Only first character is used. When I have multiple accounts starting with "r", I cannot select correct one.

This used to work properly before 2.2.4.

Unfortunately, this is a GTK bug that is out of GnuCash's control.

See bug 520165.
