Please describe the problem:
I've been having a lot of trouble using Cowbell to tag music in Spanish lately. Seems to be because it searches in Amazon. Could it use some alternative sites too, such as Musicbrainz?

MusicBrainz support for Guessing song information has now landed in trunk.  I still have to complete Album cover downloading with MusicBrainz, but it should be complete enough to test.  If you're interested, can you test it out and let me know how it goes?  Thanks.
