Please describe the problem:
Powertop reports totem wakes up 20 times per second.
Furthermore by running strace on it, it appears to be constantly asking about this file: /home/username/.recently-used.xbel


Steps to reproduce:
1. Run Totem
2. Run Powertop
3. Observer number of wakeups generated by totem


Actual results:
It reports 20 wakeups

Expected results:
It reports 0-1 wakeups.

Does this happen every time?
Yes
