In the Norwegian Bokmål translation "Maker Note" is translated into "Notat fra fotograf". I believe "Maker" in the English text means Camera Maker/Make/Model.

My suggestion is "Utvidet metadata for kameramodell" which I believe is better, although I am not completely satisfied, so feel free to use another phrase.
