When you right click on an item in Trash, you still get the same actions as you get with a "normal" file. Problem is that Open..., fileroller etc can't find the file so actions that will not work should be hidden in the context menu.

Thanks for the report. I agree that this is a bug. It has already been reported, so I'm marking this as a duplicate.
