Please describe the problem:
I attach two screenshots showing how the dialog size is OK when trying to print to a file and how it is resized when trying to use printer

It resizes because of the contents of the other tabs. Anyway, this is a gtk dialogue. -> gtk+

As chpe says, the resizing happens due to the content of other tabs.
