Description Tom Peterson 2008-02-26 12:59:09 UTC
The Tax Information window that is accessed via Edit->Tax Options is not account specific so it seems logical that I would be able to set any number of accounts when it is opened. Otherwise, it needs to be opened and closed for every type of tax category that will be applied which has been about 20 times in my case so far and I'm not done setting up all of my accounts. It's painfully slow having to reopen it and then find and select the next account to be set. In fact, when I initially used the feature I thought that I could set multiple accounts but once I selected OK it only updated the last account that I had modified. This was very frustrating. The feature should have warned me that previous changes were going to be discarded when I selected the next account to change.

Recommendation:

The Tax Information window should have an apply button so multiple updates can be done without the window having to be closed on every change.
