Please describe the problem:
In the instructions to compile GLib with mingw here:
http://live.gnome.org/Cross%20compiling%20GTK%2B%20for%20Win32#head-6d83fc0ae71b0030ba41694696b57a7f98660248

It seems that to perform it correctly, a configure cache file is needed to bootstrap some values.

That could go mainstream to the configure.in file
