Please describe the problem:
When using the 1 pixel wide circle brush the brush "cursor" is bigger then 1 pixel.  

Steps to reproduce:
1. Zoom in and use the 1 pixel wide circle brush.
2. 
3. 


Actual results:
Functionality as expected, but brush "cursor" is bigger then 1 pixel which is annoying. 

Expected results:
See a brush "cursor" that is as big as the brush (1 pixel wide in this case)

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
Found on 2.4.4 on Windows, haven't seen it in earlier versions. Unknown if on non-Win versions.
