Can't see Marathi Team listed under "Vouchers=>Translation Teams"

Steps to generate misssing Marathi team:
1. Go to https://mango.gnome.org/new_account.php
2. Select the checkbox titled  "Access to Subversion" under "Abilities"
3. Select the dropdown menu under "Vouchers=>Translation Teams"
4. Check the languages listed.

To be listed on Mango, the translation coordinator has to have an SVN account. For this language that is not the case (see http://l10n.gnome.org/people/x-swapnilhajare). Without SVN the coordinator cannot approve, nor can it be listed. So not a bug.
