Description Brett Neely 2001-02-13 00:05:57 UTC
I build gtk+ and Nautilus from gnome cvs. When reducing the Nautilus
window to its minimum width (around 200x200), the Nautilus menu bar is
truncated - "Bookmarks" becomes just "Bo", and the "Services", "Help" and
preferences menu items are unusable. It would be nice to have a disclosure
triangle for truncated menu bars so the obscured menu items could be
revealed. I'll attach a screenshot showing Nautilus with a truncated menu
bar and toolbar - the toolbar has a disclosure triangle which reveals the
obscured icons).

Whoops! You already knew about this. Sorry for the dupe.

Would very much appreciate patches against CVS HEAD GTK, if someone
you know would like to tackle this important usability issue. ;-)
