Please describe the problem:
OS win2k Seemed to install properly (both times)  When trying to start the program the error 'The procedure entry point GetVolumePathNamesForVolumeNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.' comes up on the desktop and that is all I get.

It has happened each time I try to run it.

I just want to know how to get it to run.
