The procedure entry point. GetVolumePathNamesForPathNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.

Operating system Windows 2000.
I down loaded GNUcash to check it out and received this error message upon startup after installation.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
