Please describe the problem:
If I hide all headers by unticking them in Preferences -> Mail Preferences -> "Headers" tab Evolution just keeps displaying the default set of ones and doesn't hide them all.

There has to always be at least one Header shown, so I have worked around this by adding a fake header (e.g "asdf") to that list and ticked that.

Works fine in 3.2.2 - no header shown (but the space is still allocated for it as I might want to expand it by clicking the "+" button)
