Add cyprus, maltese and slovenian currencies to EURO support

Please describe the problem: As of 01. 01. 2008 cyprus and malta joined the EURO, slovenia did so last year. The cyprus pound, maltese lira and slovenian tolar are not supported as euro currencies in GnuCash Steps to reproduce: Actual results: Expected results: Does this happen every time? Applied as r16812. Awaiting backport to branches/2.2.
