Say,the master volume is set to 100% ,If I reduce it to zero(till mute icon appears) ,then increase it a little and then again reduce it a bit ,the icon still  changes to mute state,though it isn't mute(I can hear sound).

This behavior is not consistent .I am posting a screenshot here.

Other information:
Apart from that,when moving the slider,the mute icon (the red X icon) keeps flickering.
