Currently clicking the notes icon in taskbar opens the windows with notes. To close them one should go inconvenient route of "Hide notes" in the popup menu.

I suggest that clicking notes icon would close notes windows when these are open. (That is clicking the icon should open notes if these are closed and close if these are open.)
