Description Cezary Krzyżanowski 2007-12-23 23:30:21 UTC
Please describe the problem:
I've moved recently from POP to IMAP with my gmail account. Since I'm offline sometimes I like to download all the messages for later local use and there is an option for that in Evolution.

The problem is with the 'All messages' subfolder in Gmail IMAP account -- it's huge! (5k messages!) so not to download it each time I've tried to tip off the checkbox in Folder->Subscription for that account.

After doing that the directories tipped off really disappear, but that option isn't saved. After restarting Evolution or just re-entering the Folder->Subscription setting window, it shows the previously tipped off checkboxes back in active state.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter Folder->Subscriptions for any IMAP account
2. Tip off any of the folders for a given account
3. Restart Evolution or just reenter the Folder->Subscriptions menu to see, that the tipping off didn't work

Actual results:

Expected results:

Does this happen every time?
Absolutely

Other information:
I've tried with other IMAP account I have and it's the same.

It's been over 3 months since I poked (and over a year since the previous comment), I think it's safe to assume this could be marked a duplicate now.
