Description Hans Damgaard 2007-12-20 07:38:04 UTC
Evolution crashes when selecting a category to show in Contacts.
For all practical purposes, the contacts section is useless if categories is not useable. Thanks for your effort, guys! Trying to switch my small company to Linux for 10 years. Now it seems we are finally getting somewhere. It will be a happy day, when I can turn off XP (don't even mention Vista). By the way, take a long, hard look at Kontact: great idea with the summary function.

Distribution: Ubuntu 7.10 (gutsy)
Gnome Release: 2.20.1 2007-10-19 (Ubuntu)
BugBuddy Version: 2.18.1

Please blame Ubuntu at https://bugs.launchpad.net. Please. Or use the other "Submit a problem" function in Evolution, that report should end up at Ubuntu.
If Ubuntu does not provide updated packages to their users for problems that have been fixed months ago, there is nothing we (GNOME) can do here. Thanks.
