The Synchronization tab in the Preferences dialog is missing several mnemonics. Specifically, those for these widgets:

Service label
Folder Path label
Browse button
Advanced button

Patch adds missing mnemonics

This patch adds the missing mnemonics for the mentioned labels, and also those of the WebDAV syncing plugin's preferences (the URL, Username, and Password labels).
