Please describe the problem:
When I open a picture in GIMP and try to draw or paint, but there is an annoying trace of green circles left behind the cursor with the same shape as the brush or the pencil.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Just open GIMP
2. Open up a picture
3. Try to do something with the picture using pencil or brush


Actual results:
Green circles appears

Expected results:
That there weren't any green circles.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.

Other information:
