Please describe the problem:
Firstly the Application takes 2 mins 48 Second to open and then the following error pops up.
  An error occurred while loading or saving configuration information for 
  gnuash.Some of your configuration settign may not work propoerly.

   Details of error
     Addming client to server's list failed, COBRA error:
     IDL:omg.org/COBRA/COMM_Failure:

This application is also very sliow to do anything. It takes over 2 minute every time you want to open any thing new. Also unable to run an idex repair on any set of books that are not in the Install directory.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download Windoes install from Sourceforge
2. Install GNU Cash
3. Open application on Windows version's 
    a. Server 2003 Std/Terminal Services
    b. Vista


Actual results:
The error Pops up ever time

Expected results:
No Error at all.

Other information:
I found a posting that this erro also occurs when trying to compile the sourse code. I e-mailed the guy who posted and he still has not found a resolution to this error.
