Description graham 2007-10-26 22:07:11 UTC
Steps to reproduce:
1. Installed the Windows version (I hope).
2. Started GnuCash from the Start Menu entry.
3. Received the error message "Unspecified fatal error, aborting." After pressing OK, received another message from the Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library, saying "Fatal Error", "...gnucash-bin.exe... has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information."

I am running Windows XP home SP2.
