GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 483132
Drag and drop image file from image view is often needed
Last modified: 2015-12-18 17:46:24 UTC
Hi all, When selecting some photos in a pool of photos, it's often needed to see them in a large view to have more details. I think it would be appreciated (at least by my mother) to be able to drag and drop the file directly from image view without having to quit image mode to return in folder mode and find image we were wieving to drag and drop it to our destination folder. I posted a similar wish to Gnome Image Viewer (bug 476709). Thanks to all Bruno Duyé
Nobody think it could be usefull ? Maybe should I take some time to get in the code and add this. Thanks
I would be happy to look at any patches that you create to implement this. - Mike
If you make a patch, it should be against svn trunk, not the 2.10.x series. - Mike
yes of course. Thanks Mike
Marking as obsolete, as the 2.x version are no longer supported. Please feel free to reopen this bug report if it describes a problem that still occurs with a current version of gThumb (currently 3.4.1).
