Please describe the problem:
RB will transfer mp3s to my Zen MTP device, but the interface blocks and the file is not sent if it has to be transcoded first.

Steps to reproduce:
Drag a FLAC file onto the player

Actual results:


Expected results:


Does this happen every time?
