Please describe the problem:
When New Account is selected from the Select Account dialog, the New Account dialog appears behind the New Account dialog.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Import a QIF file
2. For a transaction in the QIF data, click to Select Account
3. Select "New Account".


Actual results:
The New Account dialog appears behind the Select Account dialog.

Expected results:
The New Account dialog should appear in front of the Select Account dialog.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.
