My docs/reference/tmpl directory is empty, and gtk-doc doesn't like that. It complains about 'No rule to create target "tmpl/*.sgml", that is needed for "sgml-build.stamp"'. I have no files in tmpl/ because I've put all my documentation inline in source comments so I have to put some useless stuff in the directory just to appease gtk-doc.

Very annoying.
