Description Hok Hie Tjioe 2007-08-30 10:21:23 UTC
What were you doing when the application crashed?
evolution hang when receiving html formatted mail.
When I received a html formatted mail, my evolution hang and can't show the content of the another message anymore.
In the left under screen you'll see the message "Formatting Message (....".
I need to shutdown the evolution and kill the running processes using "evolution --force-shutdown" afterward and restarting the evolution again.

It is quit annoying..
Is it a known problem? Is there any workaround that I can use?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Hok Hie

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
Without a stack trace from the crash it's very hard to determine what caused it.
Can you get us a stack trace? Please see http://live.gnome.org/GettingTraces for more information on how to do so. Thanks in advance!
