Please describe the problem:
nm-applet crashes when GNOME Panel is restarted, or crashes and is launched again.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Try "killall gnome-panel".

Actual results:
GNOME Panel is killed and in a little while is launched again. But nm-applet is not launched again.

Expected results:


Does this happen every time?
Yes.
