As outlined in bug #65030, the paint tools are in need for a convenient way to reset the Brush scale factor to 1.0.

With the fix of bug #493030 there is now keyboard shortcut support for this. IMO we don't need to bloat the tool options with a GtkButton or something, so I'm closing this as OBSOLETE.

The fix in bug #493030 is completely undiscoverable. We should definitely keep in mind that we need a proper widget that supports this functionality.

2.8 adds a tool options button to reset the brush size.
