Please describe the problem:
When you start GIMP, and GIMP loads Brushes, Pallettes, etc., GIMP Freezes momentarily when Fonts are loaded. I believe that GIMP might be "angering" Vista. 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start GIMP.
2. Wait for Fonts to start loading.


Actual results:
GIMP freezes for a moment, then continues loading.

Expected results:
No freeze, and normal loading.

Does this happen every time?
Happens all the time.

Other information:
Only found on Windows Vista, and has not been tested in Windows XP or Unix.
