Please describe the problem:
Upon starting the application, the error came out and showed this:

Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\gnucash\bin\gnucash-bin.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.


Steps to reproduce:
1. It can be reproduce after first installation and reinstallation.
2. 
3. 


Actual results:
The application cannot start at all.

Expected results:


Does this happen every time?
yes, even after reinstalling the application.
