During a QIF import the "Select Account" dialogue appears to be configured as always on top. If I select "New Account" the dialogue box for creating the new account is created underneath the parent "select account" dialogue and is completely obscured. The select account dialogue box has to be moved out of the way to continue. Some users may not realize this and think the application has hung.
