This is a tracking bug for the following Mozilla bug:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=387496 No focus events when navigating among HTML menu/list items.

The Mozilla bug has been marked as fixed.  Unblocking as a reminder to myself to verify the fix once the accessible hierarchy is back.

Hierarchy's back and the Mozilla bug is indeed fixed.  Closing as NOTGNOME.
