User should be able to see history and select from it by a pull-down menu from
the location text field.

* REPRODUCIBLE: Always

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Click and hold on the right side of the Location Text field.

* ACTUAL RESULTS: 

 Nothing happens.

* EXPECTED RESULTS: 

  A pull-down menu with history should pop up.

I think this is a good idea, though you might not want the same items as in the
History menu. You might want instead a list of URIs that the user has typed into
this field, perhaps saved between sessions.
