The account type option of the "average balance" report has untranslated values. This seems to be the single instance where the gnc:make-list-option has been used and that's why we forgot to add some gettext() call somewhere - but I forgot where.

Steps to reproduce: Start gnucash with e.g. LANG=de_DE. Run Reports -> Asset/Liab. -> Average Balance, then Options -> View tab. The content of the list option is untranslated. Screenshot attached.

The "Diagrammtyp" (diagram type) list option has english names as entries, whereas it should have the translated german names instead.

Should be fixed by r17155 on trunk.
Awaiting backport to branches/2.2 for inclusion in GnuCash 2.2.6.
