Please describe the problem:
Other keyboard shortcuts seem to work fine with various keys, but the log out command does nothing no matter what key combinations I try.  This was also the case in Gnome 2.16

Logging out via the System menu works fine.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.

The most likely reason is that your dbus setup isn't quite right. Bug 360475 should tell you all you need to know to fix it. Feel free to reopen if you find the problem you're seeing has a different cause.
