Description of problem:
Sometimes the recommendations are shown when they shouldn't be.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.12.1-2.fc7

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start playing a song from Music Library
2. Uncheck the menu item View | Show Recommendations
3. Switch to Radio then back to Music Library
  
Actual results:
The recommendation pane is shown

Expected results:
The recommendation pane should remain hidden

Additional info:
The recommendation pane will go away either when the next song starts or if the
menu option is toggled twice.
