Just swithced to compiz, hadn't logged out and back in again. After doing that no further problems
Comment 2 Vincent Untz 2007-06-15 14:55:38 UTC
This sounds like a bug in a fedora patch: http://cvs.fedora.redhat.com/viewcvs/devel/libwnck/libwnck-2.18.0-viewport.patch?root=core&rev=1.1&view=auto

I'll modify libwnck to be more tolerant to some calls with bad arguments.

Reporter, there is now bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=245022 open for you on the Red Hat bugzilla. Could I ask you to attach THERE your X server config file (/etc/X11/xorg.conf) and X server log file (/var/log/Xorg.*.log) to the bug report as individual uncompressed file attachments using the bugzilla file attachment link below, please?

Could you please also try to run without any /etc/X11/xorg.conf whatsoever and let X11 autodetect your display and video card? Attach to this bug /var/log/Xorg.0.log from this attempt as well, please.

Don't forget to add yourself to the CC list of that bug.

Thank you very much.
Comment 19 Bastien Nocera 2007-11-26 20:17:43 UTC
You don't need to do that, it has nothing to do with the X configuration, only with the compiz configuration, which might, or might not use viewports.
