We need to define new formtters to be used with Arabic language, namely Arabic letters and Arabic (AKA Arabic-Indic) digits. 
The letters should be: أبجد هوز حطي كلمن سعفص قرشت ثخذ ضظغ; <U0623> <U0628> <U062C> <U062F> <U0647> <U0648> <U0632> <U062D> <U0637> <U064A> <U0643> <U0644> <U0645> <U0646> <U0633> <U0639> <U0641> <U0635> <U0642> <U0631> <U0634> <U062A> <U062B> <U062E> <U0630> <U0636> <U0638> <U063A>, in the same order.

And the numbers: from <U0660> to <U0669>.
