GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 443832
Replace dialog uses A1 notation even when R1C1 is selected
Last modified: 2007-06-04 15:18:50 UTC
Please describe the problem: Replace dialog always uses A1 notation for cell ranges. Then it complains if the sheet is in R1C1 notation. The workaround is to manually correct the range in the dialog to use R1C1 notation. Steps to reproduce: Select R1C1 notations for a sheet. Select a cell range. Edit / Replace Choose the "Range" radio button. If you go on, you get an error, because the cell range is written in A1 notation rather than R1C1 notation. Actual results: Expected results: Does this happen every time? Yes Other information:
This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
