Description robert.mcnaught 2007-06-02 21:45:33 UTC
Previously used Gnome and Evolution with FC6, last night installed F7 and copied my .evolution folder across to my new home directory on the new install (this was a fresh install).

Once I set up the email accounts, the messages appear (which is good) - I get these errors constantly making the software unusable:

1. Error while Storing folder 'Inbox'.

Summary and folder mismatch, even after a sync

2. Error while Fetching Mail.

Summary and folder mismatch, even after a sync

A fix I read after googling was to delete the ~/.evolution/mail/local/Inbox.ev-summary and the same for Sent, Drafts and Outbox

Did this, restarted evolution and same problem

then decided to delete all the metadata folders in the .evolution/mail/local folder, again to no avail

Anyone had the same problems with a solution to this?

Many many thanks

Robert
