Unfortunately, that stack trace is missing some elements that will help a lot to solve the problem, so it will be hard for the developers to fix that crash. I installed the Fedora Core 7 Evolution-debug RPM per the comment.  If this is not giving enough detail or if I need to install other debug packages please let me know, or if there is anything I can do to provide more data please let me know.
