The mozilla component seems to be appending a ? to long softcat urls.  I have no
ide why this is happening.  To reproduce type the following url in the location
bar in nautilus and in netscape 4.x.

http://services.eazel.com:8888/catalog/details?id=14&name=Text+Editors&package_id=1905

Netscape handles it fine but nautilus does not.

This might be a gnome-vfs problem.  It looks like (from the apache logs) that
nautilus / gnome-vfs  is encoding complex urls and sending them to the web
server which is the wrong behavior.

The user behaviour is not mentioned, but I suspect this
can cause problems. Needs to be investigated.

This is actually a dup of bug 44019 which Darin fixed yesterday.  Marking dup of
4019.
