Seems bug-buddy did not gather all information completely:

glib 2.13.1
gtk+ 2.10.12
evolution-data-server 1.11.1
evolution 2.11.1.1

glib and evolution(-data-server) were compiled with debug symbols, if you need more debug symbols, I'll recompile all dependencies of evolution down to glib with debug symbols.
