Users shouldn't be given a choice of directory to save to since they are not allowed to choose a directory from which to read custom check formats.  Also the new SVN 'title' then 'filename' dialog is two steps when it should only be one.  Most users would want the filename to = {title}.chk anyways.

I've got a patch as a suggested fix to this that I'll submit shortly.
