The URL http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gdp/styleguide.html is linked from different spaces (like: http://live.gnome.org/DocumentationProject/Contributing). This was discussed two months ago (http://www.mail-archive.com/gnome-web-list@gnome.org/msg02057.html) in the gnome web list. Here is a bug to remind to solve this.
