Please describe the problem:
It's not cleaning up after itself properly.  Any reason why it cannot burn off the old ones when it is restarted?

Hmmm, what version are you using? This bug should be fixed in recent releases. In addition seahorse no longer puts its temporary directories under ~/.gnome2 it puts them in /tmp.

Please reopen this if you have a recent release, and you see these folders clogging up your /tmp directory.
